What will my Energy Evaluation and Analysis look like?

You have the option to add-on a written energy evaluation and analysis from me. Within 3 days following your session, you will receive an email from me with a highly detailed summary of the energy work we did. This could include a description of the energetic anomolies I found, any clairvoyant/clairempathetic/ clairaudient/ claircognizant experiences I had, how the Reiki energies were moving through your system, what energy healing techniques I employed during your session, or visual model of parts or the whole of your energetic body. I will make connections between your energetic patterns and your emotional and metal states. I will also give appropriate suggestions to help you integrate your experience.

Session Overview

This session began with a noticeable shift in how your energy was moving — it didn’t follow the usual pattern of flowing in from above. Instead, there was a strong upward movement, beginning deep in your core, around the center of the abdomen. This area, sometimes referred to as the “seat of the soul,” or Hara (more here:https://ihreiki.com/blog/the_deeper_meaning_of_hara/ ) felt like the starting point for everything that followed.

From there, energy rose rapidly through your body, clearing blockages, activating dormant areas, and initiating a full-body reset. It wasn’t just healing — it felt like your system was preparing for a new phase, as though something essential was emerging from within.

The session didn’t begin slowly. It moved with its own momentum, and I followed its lead. At many points, I sensed that your system — your body, your energy, your inner self — knew exactly what it was doing.

Energy Center Evaluation

Here’s a breakdown of what I observed at each energy center and how the healing unfolded there.

🔴 Root Chakra

• What I noticed: The energy here felt scattered and a little unfocused at first. This is normal when so much activity is happening higher up in the body.

• Why it matters: The root chakra helps with stability, feeling grounded, and being fully present in your body.

• Support offered: I brought energy into your feet and legs to help anchor you and gently reminded your system to stay connected to the Earth. The heat in your feet and hands showed a strong grounding response.

🟠 Sacral Chakra

• What I noticed: This area was very active — warm, creative, and expressive. At times it felt overheated or like it was moving a bit too fast.

• Why it matters: This center holds emotion, creativity, sexuality, and connection to pleasure. When it’s busy, it usually means there’s something ready to move or be seen.

• Support offered: I used a calming energy to balance things here. Your higher self symbolically offered a “Qi ball” — a compact, intentional energy — to help stabilize this area. That showed me that your own inner wisdom is very involved in this process.

🟡 Solar Plexus

• What I noticed: This was one of the most powerful energy centers during the session. I saw it as a sun, with golden rings and a bright white center, radiating energy outward.

• Why it matters: This chakra is tied to personal power, confidence, and identity. When it’s this active, it usually means something big is shifting in your sense of self.

• Support offered: I didn’t interrupt this energy, as it felt purposeful and alive. I stayed with it, letting it move as needed, making sure the rest of your system could handle the power rising from here.

💚 Heart Chakra

• What I noticed: The heart was full of movement and color — deep sapphire tones, flashes of stars, and strong heat.

• Why it matters: The heart is the bridge between our inner and outer worlds, between self and others. Expansion here often brings vulnerability and strength at the same time.

• Support offered: I worked both on the front and back of your heart center. Midway through, I sensed a wave of emotional release — not sharp or overwhelming, more like a quiet, tired cry. A kind of exhale after a long inner journey. This was a beautiful and necessary part of the process.

🔵 Throat Chakra

• What I noticed: This chakra was large and dynamic. At one point, I sensed a gray sphere here — about the size of a baseball — that seemed to hold unspoken thoughts, stories, or truths. I also saw symbols of trees growing from your center into your throat, connecting personal growth with expression.

• Why it matters: The throat is your voice, your truth, your ability to say what needs to be said — and sometimes what hasn’t been said for a long time.

• Support offered: Reiki was directed into the area to soften and open the stored energy. What stood out was the feeling of curiosity — as if what lives here doesn’t just want to be spoken, but explored. It felt like playful expression, hidden creativity, or wisdom waiting to be shaped into words. I gently encouraged that emergence.

🔷 Additional Throat Chakra: *Back* of the Neck

Background: The throat Chakra is traditionally centered at the front of the throat and governs communication, self expression, and truth.

  • However, its back side — located at the nape of the neck and upper spine — plays a crucial role as an energetic bridge between the mind (third eye) and the body (heart and solar plexus).

  • This area is often referred to as the “mouth of God” or the “Zeal Point Chakra” in some esoteric systems. More here: https://reikirays.com/23925/well-of-dreams-occipital-lobe-chakra/

  • Reception of divine insight: While the front of the throat expresses outward, the back receives inward — spiritual downloads, intuitive clarity, or inner knowing.

Reiki was clearly guiding me to direct healing and support to the back of your neck. This area serves as a subtle energetic gateway where intuitive insight and expressive energy begin to integrate. As this center opened, it supported a sense of stillness and suspension — allowing your nervous system to settle and the energetic body to recalibrate. The imagery that arose, including a cracked egg, suggested a symbolic emergence: the beginnings of new or more authentic self-expression. This part of the session helped strengthen your throat chakra by creating space for stored or unspoken energy to begin moving with more freedom and alignment.

🟣 Third Eye

• What I noticed: The third eye was wide open, clear, and actively engaging with symbolic information. I saw cosmic images, a “galaxy” view, and even a symbolic egg — representing something being prepared or birthed.

• Why it matters: This center holds intuition, vision, and deeper knowing. When it’s this active, you’re probably receiving information from your subconscious, your guides, or your own inner clarity.

• Support offered: I worked about 2 feet outside your body at this level to help with light-body alignment. I also gave gentle Reiki to integrate the flow of information without overstimulation.

⚪ Crown Chakra

• What I noticed: The crown was magnetic, flexible, and open to higher energies. It stayed soft and receptive throughout the session.

• Why it matters: This is the gateway to spiritual connection and higher consciousness.

• Support offered: I watched as a huge current of energy rose through the crown and out into space. At one point, it felt like your entire system entered a state of weightless calm — almost like suspended animation. I closed the session gently using Reiki symbols, allowing your system to integrate what had happened in a peaceful, contained way.

Symbolic Insights & Themes

• Two guides were softly present. I sensed them behind your shoulders, quietly assisting with the energy work.

• Strong earth and sky connection. Energy rose from your feet and your soul-center up through your entire system and out through the crown — like a tree growing through you.

• Fire + water + space. Images of fire columns, white moths (very significant presence. More here:https://spiritualmeaningportal.com/spiritual-meaning-of-a-white-moth/ ), flying birds, eggs, stars, and cosmic grids suggest this healing wasn’t just emotional — it was spiritual, creative, and elemental.

• After the work: Your chest opened to a vast view of the universe. It wasn’t dramatic or chaotic — it was spacious, beautiful, and serene. You were floating, supported, and still. About a dozen “energy stars”, as loving, witnessing, supporting intelligence, presented themselves in the space around you.

Post-Session Integration Suggestions

Healing continues after the session ends. Here are some gentle ways to support your process:

1. Grounding:

Walk barefoot outside, spend time in nature, or take a warm salt bath to bring your energy back into your body.

2. Hydration:

Drink plenty of water. Your body may be processing and clearing for the next 1–7 days.

3. Rest:

You may feel tired or emotionally soft. Let your body sleep, daydream, or simply do less.

4. Gentle Expression:

If you’re drawn to writing, speaking, or even doodling — follow that urge. Your throat and heart chakras are ready to express something.

5. Avoid Overstimulation:

Minimize screen time, caffeine, and loud environments if possible. Soft music, candles, or meditation will be more helpful right now.

Final Reflection

This was a profound and deeply personal session. Your energy field was not only clearing — it was reorganizing and expanding. You are not the same person who laid down at the start of the session. Something within you — likely a deep part of your soul’s expression — is now more awake and more present.

Let things unfold slowly. There’s no rush to understand everything. Just stay connected to your body, your breath, and your truth. You are held and supported.
